The home is located on Nelson Pond, where it has a 250-ft. shoreline and 40 ft. dock. There is a boat launch, and a canoe and kayak is provided. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, and water skiing. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, hunting, snowmobiling, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing.

Nelson Pond is approximately 125 acres, with a maximum water depth of 100 feet. Fish include lake and rainbow trout, and smallmouth bass, guide service is available. Jet skis are not allowed.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a queen size sleeper couch in the living room and also the futon on the sunporch becomes a queen size sleeper. Sleeps 8 to 10 people. There is a modern kitchen with all amenities and a 30' deck and an 8' deck off the master bedroom overlooking the lake.
