RENTAL PROPERTY FEATURES:

  • Three large air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a powder room. 1 King, 1 Queen, and two double beds sleep six persons comfortably.

  • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and an array of small appliances.

  • TV, direct dialing telephones, gas barbeque grill, coolers, and beach chairs.

  • A National Sanitation Foundation certified water enhancement system provides fresh, clean drinking water.

  • Daily maid service is provided. Your housekeeper will take care of all routine work such as cleaning, washing dishes, changing linens and towels. Pack lightly since you can wash and dry your own clothes at our Villa. Dress is normally casual and eating out is not expensive as compared with other Caribbean destinations.

  • Close to an international golf course, restaurants, beaches, marlin fishing, and surrounded by nature trails. Fantastic bird watching

  • Fax us in advance with your initial shopping list and we will ensure the groceries are obtained prior to your arrival. If you wish, dinner will be prepared for your first evening arrival. Just let us know! Cook and baby sitter can be arranged at an additional cost.

  • RENTAL RATES PER NIGHT:

  • April 16, - Dec 15, 2000, 1-4 persons, US$220, 5-6 persons, US$265.
  • Jan 11, - Apr 15, 2000, 1- 4 persons, US$285 5-6 persons, US$340.
  • Christmas period: Dec 16, to Jan 10, 2001 rentals per night US$500.

    Taxes and service charge do not apply. Special rates for stays of 7 nights and over.

    PAYMENT TERMS: Reservations are confirmed on receipt of one night deposit by a valid credit card, the balance is due one month prior to arrival. Cancellations within thirty days of arrival date are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
