Each home is located on a prime view lot just minutes from the beach and unique to the Oregon Coast with beautiful furnishings, fireplaces, TVs and decks with porch swings to enjoy the views. The Honeymoon Retreat has a wonderfully romantic ocean view with jacuzzi and home theater. The Main House is a large, comfortable 4 bedroom house with an outstanding 180 degree view. The Guest Quarters provides affordable accommodations for those lookiong for an outstanding view and closeness to the beach.

Guest Quarters...The lower level of the Main House is a separate suite called the Guest Quarters. The stairway on the north side of the house leads down to a large deck with a 180 degree view. The Guest Quarters has a full sized bathroom (two entrance doors), bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a queen hide-a-bed, and a full kitchen. You will find a coffee maker, toaster and TV with cable, a VCR and microwave.

The Retreat...A beautiful three level home with a nice view of the ocean. The first level has a garage, entry and a small suite with a bathroom and hide-a-bed wrap around couch. this room doubles as a home theater with a large screen TV and surround sound, VCR and cable. The second level is the living level with a fireplace, cherry wood furnishings and a view out the front. The third level has a master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and a deck with a porch swing all facing the view. You will find robes for your use, soaps, shampoos and hand lotions. There is a back bedroom with a full bed and TV. The Retreat is designed for those wanting to celebrate and we provide a gift list and gift registry. The Retreat is located a short five minute walk to the beach.

The Main House...Our four story beach house is located on a sloping lot that affords a great view. All living areas have a 180 degree view of the ocean and beach. You have a pleasant, short walk to the beach, or if you wish you can drive.

The Main House has four bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with a queen hide-a-bed, one with a queen bed plus an additional twin bed and a bedroom with a full bed. The front room also has a hide-a-bed. We provide cable TV as well as a video player.

There is also a fireplace. The Main House has 2 1/2 bathrooms and a full kitchen with a coffee maker and microwave. it has three decks overlooking the ocean and the Three Arch Rocks Wildlife Refuge.

The Main House, Guest Quarters and The Retreat have all the linens, paper ware products, cooking and eating ware. Cleaning arrangements may vary according to your needs. Cleaning instructions are in our instruction booklet located in each house. You may use the laundry facilities at a cost of three dollars a load.
