Each of our spacious villas is newly remodeled and redecorated, air-conditioned, and completely furnished, designed to make your stay at Abaco as relaxing, enjoyable, and carefree as possible. SIZE: Each villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests in two rooms, each with ample closet and drawer space, private bathroom, and linens supplied. BEDS: Villa 645 has twin beds in one bedroom, and a Queen size bed, and a twin bed in the other bedroom. Villa 655 has three twin beds in one bedroom, and a Queen bed in the other bedroom. VACATION RENTAL FEATURES: Close to the Ocean Full access to villa owners' swimming pool. Fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, microwave. Coffee maker, griddle, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots,/pans, and more. Two Bedrooms in each villa. Two full bathrooms in each villa. Living/Dining area with cable tv, ceiling fans, and more. Private patio - large tiled area with lounge chairs and built-in grill. Our Villas are conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. Grocery/drug store, medical/dental facility, restaurants, and dive shops. The Ocean is just a short distance away! RENTAL RATES: US$925/week or US$135 per day if less than a week. A deposit of one-half is required to hold your reservation. The remainder should be mailed to us just before you leave for Treasure Cay.
